Otis Announces Second Quarter 2025 Results
Otis Worldwide reported mixed second-quarter 2025 results, with service driving growth amid new equipment headwinds, particularly in China. Service net sales rose 6%, with organic sales up 4%, and the service operating profit margin expanded. Modernization orders surged 22%. While overall net sales were flat, excluding China, new equipment orders climbed 11%. The company reaffirms its 2025 EPS outlook.

Expro Launches Advanced Brute® Packer System for Deepwater Wells
Expro launched its BRUTE® High-Pressure, High Tensile Packer System on July 23, 2025, designed for extreme deepwater conditions. The system allows equipment to be set higher in the wellbore, reducing rig time and risk. Paired with the BRUTE® 2 Storm Valve, it offers a robust solution. Following a successful deployment of the 12.25” system, Expro is introducing a 20”/22” Packer System to address issues with high-pressure wellhead housings, increasing expansion capacity for casing testing and suspension. Initial deployments have validated the system’s pressure integrity and performance.

TotalEnergies & CMA CGM Partner on LNG Bunkering Venture for Maritime Decarbonization
TotalEnergies and CMA CGM are partnering in a 50/50 JV to develop LNG bunkering in Rotterdam. The JV includes a new 20,000 m³ LNG bunker vessel by 2028 and aims to offer seamless logistics in the ARA region. TotalEnergies will supply CMA CGM with up to 360,000 tons of LNG annually from 2028-2040, supporting CMA CGM’s Net Zero Carbon goal and dual-fuel LNG-powered fleet expansion. The collaboration will enhance LNG delivery and operational efficiency, furthering decarbonization in maritime transport.

PayPal unveils “PayPal World,” a platform connecting global payment systems and digital wallets, starting with PayPal and Venmo interoperability, linking nearly two billion users. Silver Elephant Mining (SILEF) sold 3,000,000 Oracle Commodity Holding Corp shares on July 18th and 21st, 2025, generating $60,035. This reduces their stake in Oracle from 31.45% to 28.56% non-diluted (22.27% fully diluted). Proceeds will fund general operations. Silver Elephant retains the option to adjust its Oracle portfolio based on market conditions. They still holds 29,700,110 Oracle shares after the sale.

CoStar Group Reports Q2 Revenue Up 15% YoY, Record Net New Bookings, and Homes.com Membership Growth
