Meta Plans to Extend Business AI Chat Tools to Third-Party Websites
Meta is expanding beyond advertising with Business AI, an AI-powered platform for businesses to enhance customer engagement. Launched at the 2025 Meta Connect conference, it enables personalized recommendations and faster purchasing via conversational interactions across Facebook, Instagram, and retailer websites. Integrations with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft, etc.) are planned. Business AI will initially be a free add-on to Meta ad campaigns, with pricing for website integration. WhatsApp and Messenger integration are coming soon.

Comcast Expands Xfinity Retail Presence to Grand Blanc
Comcast opened a new Xfinity Store in Grand Blanc, Michigan on September 16, 2025. The store offers residential and small business customers access to Xfinity’s suite of products, including internet, entertainment, mobile, and home security. The 2,000-square-foot space features interactive displays and dedicated service counters. It also provides mobile devices and accessories. Comcast aims to improve customer satisfaction and address local needs through this retail expansion, which is part of a broader strategy to elevate customer service in Michigan.

Trupanion Launches truFame Contest
Trupanion (TRUP) has launched its 2025 truFame contest, inviting members to submit their pets’ photos and stories for a chance to become brand ambassadors in 2026. The submission phase runs from September 8-19, followed by public voting from September 25-October 6. Winners will be announced the week of October 6 and featured in Trupanion’s marketing campaigns. Last year’s contest had over 6,000 entries. Trupanion leverages this contest to strengthen community engagement and generate user content.

The couple, fans of travel and outdoor activities, appreciated the Bao 3’s design and features. The Bao 3, a compact all-electric SUV launched on April 16th, targets urban light off-roading. This event follows Fangchengbao’s milestone of exceeding 100,000 vehicle deliveries in 18 months.
